The Terms of Use and the Policies shall be construed in accordance with the applicable laws of India. For proceedings arising therein, the Courts at Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Any dispute or disagreement, whether in interpretation or otherwise, concerning the Terms of Use and other Policies on the Alkazi website, between the parties involved, shall be referred to an independent arbitrator appointed by mutual agreement, and their decision shall be final and binding on the parties. This arbitration process shall adhere to the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, as amended from time to time. The location and venue of the arbitration proceedings shall be in Mumbai.

In addition to the provisions outlined in Clause 13 above, Alkazi reserves the right to seek and obtain injunctive, provisional, or interim relief from any court with jurisdiction to protect its trademark, intellectual property rights, confidential information, or to maintain the current state of affairs pending arbitration.

For disputes pertaining to orders outside India, the International arbitration rules of the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996 shall apply. The seat and venue for international arbitration shall be in Mumbai.

15. Changes to Terms & Conditions

We may periodically update these Terms and Conditions. Any revisions will become effective upon posting on the website. It is your responsibility to periodically review these terms.
